One Person, $ 75.00 per night Two People sharing double bed, $ 85.00 per night Two People sharing room with twin beds, $ 95.00 per night * A 7% Maine State Accommodations Tax will be added to all rates. Minimum stay is 2 nights.  There is a 5 % discount for stays of 5 or more nights.  SummerKeys students also receive a 5% discount.  Payment is by personal check, traveler’s check, or cash. Off-Season discounted rates: Labor Day - June 15, all rates are 25% less.

Interested in renting the second floor as an apartment or the entire house?  Rates will be quoted on request.

To make a reservation for two nights please remit 100% of the full price.  For longer stays please remit 50% of the total amount of your stay.  

If you must cancel your reservation and I receive notification 14 or more days prior to your intended arrival, your deposit will be returned.  If you cancel with less than 14 days notice, the deposit will be returned if your room(s) can be re-rented for the reserved period.  In any case, there is a $40.00 bookkeeping fee for each room cancelled.

SPRING & SUMMER is smoke free and pet free.  It is not yet suitable for young children.
